Referpal is a job-sharing community. Instead of being company-focused like job portals (where companies post their jobs first then candidates apply), we are more candidate-focused where we identify capable candidates first then search for the jobs they want.
There are two ways our members can contribute: Share jobs that you happen to know or share candidates that you know match the jobs available through our site. Or if you wish, you can just simply apply directly to the jobs available on our site.

Does not require companies to register
We do not require companies to register before posting their jobs through us. Anyone can share any job they happen to see or hear with the hope to increase the number of jobs available through our site. But don’t worry about job reliability since we have a team to make sure the jobs available are valid.
CVs are bad indicators of capability
Many applicants who are actually capable but lack experience often do not apply to jobs that they want just because they “have nothing to write on their CVs”. We have more in-depth pre-interview questions to dig deeper into each candidate.
We have Referpal Partners and Referpal Ambassadors to help candidates find their passion and the jobs they want. We find this especially useful for job seekers who want to change their career (or lack the education or experience to get to where they want to be).
We are a team of believers who want to make this happen. We listen to both companies and candidates and we try our very best to help both sides.
